FreshSpinDJ.com service is provided "AS-IS" and we assume no responsibilities for the timeliness, deletion, miss-delivery or failure to store or print any user information You herby authorize FreshSpinDJ to release information about my event to the DJ Company you have selected. You agree to provide accurate information to FreshSpinDJ and the entertainment company(s) you contact. You agree not to use this service to upload, post, email, transmit or otherwise make available:

(1)any unsolicited or unauthorized advertising, promotional materials, "Spam Mail", "Chain Letters", "Pyramid Schemes", or any other form of solicitation.

(2) any content that I do not have a right to make available under any law or under any contractual or fiduciary relationships (such as inside information, proprietary and confidential information learned or disclosed as part of employment relationships or under nondisclosure agreements).

(3) any content that infringes any patent, trademark, trade secret, copyright or other proprietary rights of any party.

(4) any material that contains software viruses or any other computer code, files or programs designed to interrupt, destroy or limit the functionality of any computer software or hardware or telecommunications equipment.

FreshSpinDJ can only be used to in nature of Client Requesting upcoming event information from an entertainer. FreshSpinDJ it's owner, employees, investors, agents, assigns, and affiliates shall not be liable for, and release from and waive all claims for any loss of profits, direct or indirect, special or consequential damages or any other loss incurred or suffered by me as a result of

1. my violation of the terms of this agreement
2. the promotion and operation of my company
3. any incorrect or wrong information provided by me
4. any incorrect or wrong information provided by FreshSpinDJ
5. any incorrect or wrong information provide by a website user or outside user
6. FreshSpinDJ website technical difficulties
7. the creditworthiness or reliability of the leads generated by the FreshSpinDJ website and/or staff.

If a provision of these terms of agreement is held to be unenforceable or invalid, such provision shall be reformed only to the extent necessary to make it enforceable, and the balance of the terms of agreement will remain in full force and effect.

Due to the global nature of the internet, you agree to comply with all local rules regarding online conduct and acceptable content.

You agree not to reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell or exploit any information on this website for any commercial or personal purposes other than booking FreshSpinDJ for your event. You am not authorized to modify, reformat, copy, display, distribute, transmit, publish, license, create derivate works from, transfer or sell any information, products or services obtained from the FreshSpinDJ website.

You agree not to harass, threaten or abuse other people when using the DJ Approved website in any matter. You agree not to interfere with other's use of the site and will not stalk, harass or repeatedly contact another user. You agree not to attempt to harvest any company names, email addresses and any other material for commercial use. FreshSpinDJ reserves the right at any time to modify, discontinue, temporarily or permanently remove the FreshSpinDJ service and listings.

You understand that all information, data, text, software, sound, music, photographs, video, graphics, messages or other materials, whether publicly posted or privately transmitted, are the sole responsibility of the person from which such material originated. This means that you, and not FreshSpinDJ, are entirely responsible for all content you submit, post, email or otherwise make available. FreshSpinDJ does not guarantee the accuracy, integrity and or quality of such material.   Under no circumstances will DJ approved be liable in any way including, but not limited to, any errors. misspellings or omissions in any material, or for any loss or damage of any kind incurred as a result of the use of any content posted, emailed, transmitted or otherwise made available by the FreshSpinDJ service.

These terms of use agreement will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas. Except as set forth in the FreshSpinDJ terms of agreement, all disputes and claims relating to FreshSpinDJ, it's products or services, the rights and obligations of myself, or any other claims or causes of action relating to the performance of FreshSpinDJ shall be settled in Tarrant County, Texas.
